Hey there, on May 20th I will be journeying across the world to one of the most beautiful places in the world - Peru. Not only is it steeped in culture and history, but it is also very steep, being in the somewhat hilly area of the Andes...

Anyhow, my master plan is to go and work in the Amazon Rainforest doing volunteer conservation work for 6 weeks. The world is such a beautiful place, and I think we should try to keep it beautiful for as long as possible. I will be planting trees, taking part in wildlife counts, and helping to maintain the ecologically friendly centre that will be my home for the 6 weeks. I am going completely on my own, and what with the language barriers and the different climate, culture and everything, it is set to be somewhat of an amazing adventure.

The only problem is that I still need to raise a bit more money before I go, else I may not be able to actually go on the conservation section of my trip (the main part of the trip)- the centre I will be working for need money to put me up,and help buy more things to help continue conserving the rainforrest.
